If the ads aren't making you more money, the ads aren't working. That's the only scoreboard we keep.
Industry averages come from published advertising benchmarks. The second number applies our record to date — the same spend at about a third less per customer.

Cost per new customer
= ad spend ÷ new customers
Benchmarks are rounded figures from public industry data, taken as a mid-range and not as a quote. Where an industry has no published cost per customer — restaurants, gyms, salons — we've divided a published cost per lead by a typical close rate, which makes those three estimates rather than measurements. Your own number moves with your market, your close rate and what you sell. Sources:
We don't sell you a platform. We put the budget where the people who buy from you happen to be, and move it when that changes.
For people already typing what you sell. This is usually where the first dollar goes, because the intent is as high as it gets and the results come back within days.
Facebook and Instagram, for reaching people who aren't searching yet. Best when the thing you sell is visual, local, or something people decide on after seeing it a few times.
When there's a story or a demonstration worth watching. We make the video and run it in the same week, so the ad and the thing it points at are never strangers.
Cheaper clicks and an older, higher-earning audience. Small budgets, quietly good returns — worth running alongside Google rather than instead of it.
Ads inside ChatGPT and the assistants coming after it. People are starting to ask an assistant what to buy instead of searching for it, and we get you in early rather than explaining later why you weren't.
The writing, the images, the video and the page they land on — made here, not handed to you as a to-do list. The ad account is opened in your name and stays yours, with the history and the audiences, whether you stay with us or not.
Budget moves toward what is bringing customers in and comes off what isn't. New versions go up against the ones that are working. Nothing sits untouched for a month while the money runs out.
A plain report: what ran, what it cost, what came back, and what we'd change next. The hours the ads take show up next to every other hour we spent on your business, so you can see what advertising is really costing you against what else it could have bought.

Cost per new customer, against the industry's average
Cost per new customer is what it costs in ad spend to turn a stranger into someone who actually pays you. Not a click and not a form fill — take everything you spent on ads and divide it by the number of new customers it brought through the door.
On the campaigns we run, that number has been coming in about a third lower than the published average for the industry — roughly 32% below. That is our record so far, on our own accounts, not a guarantee of what yours will do. What it does mean is that the same budget has been buying noticeably more customers than the average, and that is the only thing we are trying to repeat for you.
